Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley isn't very open about her parents, however she does credit her grandfather for being the person who gave her the motivation to work hard. Her grandfather was an active bodybuilder when he lived in his 20s-30s. Ashley began swimming at the age of four and continued throughout the past 10 years. There were many competitions she participated in but wasn't as dedicated as she wasn't ready to adhere to an incredibly strict diet to ensure her body would be able to give all it can. Her attractive appearance and her slim physique made her famous when she was in highschool. But it is unknown if Ashley ever dated someone in that period of time. Ashley decided after she graduated to not go to school and instead focus on her profession as model. Ashley was just 15 years young when she realized that the body she had was not what she wanted. When she was urged to join the fitness center by her father, Ashley started to exercise. But, she heeded the advice of her grandfather and began slow. Ashley, motivated by her success in the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships won seventh place. Motivated by this defeat she continued training hard. Ashley competed at her first WBFF World Championships 2015 and finished in fifth place. When this event was completed, Ashley opted to not continue competing. While competing, she received invitations to shoot photos but did not want to combine career paths. After quitting after a while, she decided to make the choice to be a model. The cover of her shoot was featured in a well-known magazine for fitness that began her fitness modelling career. She signed with an agency immediately following. She has became a much-requested model. Modeled for numerous clothing and bikini brand names.
